President Biden on Thursday called on Congress to provide $33 billion in additional security, economic and humanitarian assistance for Ukraine and unveiling a proposal aimed at bolstering the federal government's ability to hold the Russian government accountable for the invasion of Ukraine. "Every day the Ukrainians pay a price, and the price they pay is with their lives in this fight.
