The Queen’s cortege arrives in Buckingham Palace from RAF Northolt after the aircraft transporting her coffin from Scotland has landed in London.
The coffin will rest in the Bow Room before it is moved on Wednesday to lie in state at the Palace of Westminster, where hundreds of thousands are expected to pay their respects. Groups of mourners braved the rainy conditions near the royal residence so they can get a glimpse on Tuesday evening.
