Protesters unfurl a banner outside Britain's Houses of Parliament calling for people to join the 'Don't Pay UK' campaign which is encouraging people to refuse to pay their energy bills from October 1st. The campaign has gained popularity, with more that 115,000 people pledging to refuse payment, as the UK's cost of living crisis has worsened. In the most recent blow to households, energy regulator Ofgem announced an 80 percent rise in the cost of electricity and gas.
