Trudeau takes questions following infrastructure announcement in Quebec | LIVE

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau resumed his summer political tour in Quebec after a Costa Rica holiday and is set to make an infrastructure announcement in Les Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Que., on Friday. A media availability will follow.

Minister of National Revenue Diane Lebouthillier will also attend.

Trudeau’s office says he is the first prime minister in two decades to visit the small archipelago in the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
