Hurricane Fiona has caused 'catastrophic flooding' in Puerto Rico on Sunday and Monday according to the National Hurricane Center.
The storm forced the closure of roads, while a highway bridge in Utuado, a town in the island’s centre, was washed away after a river breached its banks. Most of the island is without electricity and drinking water
