Biden calls for Ukraine support as Putin expands Russia's war effort

US President Joe Biden condemns Russia's decision to call up more troops in Ukraine in his address to the UN General Assembly on Wednesday.
He also said the upcoming referendums in eastern Ukraine are a sham, and are a violation of the UN charter.
