Dale Dai used to work in the HR department of a tourism company, helping to recruit new employees. But he found the photos on the resumes of most applicants unsatisfactory. As a fan of photography, he decided to open a professional photo studio in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to help job seekers better present themselves for possible employers. It's been six years since Dai started his business. This is his story.
