Every year in the Senegalese city of Saint-Louis, local fishermen, as well as more from around the country, compete in the spectacular Saint-Louis Regatta. "Nowhere is there a competition of this magnitude" says a former participant, Doudou Fall, "you will only see it in Saint-Louis!"
